In order to help employees foster a work-life balance, the Company offers Vacation Time and Paid Time Off (PTO). In addition to our two accrued policies there are 11 paid holidays and a comp time policy.
- Vacation: Employees will accrue 40 hours of vacation per year after their 90 day introductory period. 1.5385 hours will be earned per 80 hours worked
- PTO/Sick Leave: Employees will accrue 66 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year after their 90 day introductory period. 2.5385 hours will be earned per 80 hours worked.
- Vacation – Yes. A maximum of 40 hours can be rolled over to the following year. Employees will not accrue beyond a 40 hour balance.
- PTO/Sick leave – No. PTO/Sick leave will expire at the end of the calendar year.

Exempt employees who exceed 80 hours per pay period will be compensated in the form of comp time (additional pool of time off). For each hour of overtime worked, the employee will receive one hour of comp time which they can use at their leisure . Unused comp time will roll over at the end of each year and can be used the following year.
You will need to enter your time off request through your Zenefits profile and then reach out to your supervisor to confirm approval. Please refer to Zenefits How To’s tab for step by step instructions on how to submit on the platform.
Employees are permitted to work from home (WFH) occasionally or regularly, depending on a number of factors and the arrangements they’ve made with their manager. To be eligible to WFH, an employee must have access to reliable internet and a space that is free from excessive noise or distraction. Speak with your supervisor to determine if this is appropriate for you.
